Happy International Woman’s Day, Feliz Dia de la Mujer, Herzlichen Internationaler Frauentag…

A tradition that started it’s journey into global consciousness in 1911 by German Socialist Clara Zetkin, International Woman’s Day is now a true celebration of the infinite positivity that females bring into the world.

So, in great appreciation for all of the wonderful women on the planet…thank you. Thank you for your hard work. Thank you for your sacrifice. Thank you for your love. Thank you for your patience. Thank you for your communication. Thank you for your softness. Thank you for all that you do. Without the tender touch, listening ear, shoulder to cry on, and masterful multi-tasker of the woman, the world would be a harsher place.

In love and gratitude…

  1. Happy woman’s day! Let us always remember our substance and gift as women. What is a woman?

A woman is an inspiration, a source of light and a bearer of life; bringer of joy and of peace; weaver of harmony and ambassadress of understanding. It is to her that you come for comfort – in the softness of her breast and in the unselfishness of her caring arms. It is to her that you reveal your wounds for you know that they shall not be judged but accepted with strength and healed with a grace that asks for nothing in return. She is that which persuades you to reach your highest dreams and to believe in your best possible self. She is that which completes the song of your soul and calm the troubles of your mind. That in her frailty you may find your strength, and in her tears you may vanquish the sorrow of your own heart.

    • Dear Joyce,

Thank you so much for your comment…beautifully written and such a lovely description of the positive magnitude that women bring to the world!

      Cheers to you!
